Notes from people who sat with our charts in meetings, packing talks, and pre-harvest planning.
We used the anonymized member appendix at our January meeting. Two members asked for corrections on their own sheets before we finalized — that back-and-forth took an extra week, which I wish we had planned for, but the charts themselves kept the discussion on tonnage instead of personalities.
The year-over-year hectare chart finally showed our packing crew why the late-season grade drop mattered more than the raw weight. We still fill our own daily sheets by hand; Glow Atlashub did not change that, and that is fine.
The twelve-plot pack made it obvious which slope held first-grade share. We asked for one redraw with clearer variety labels, then used the second draft in a supplier call the same afternoon.
The outlook sheet gave us a range for leaf volume before we hired seasonal pickers. It was cautious — narrower than I hoped — but it matched what we later weighed within a few percent on the mid band.

Central Taiwan Rice Block, 2024 Season
Four cooperative villages, 186 hectares of first-crop rice. We reconciled late submissions from two villages, then delivered aggregate and anonymized member charts three days before the annual meeting.

A twelve-plot comparison after uneven irrigation. Harvest weights arrived on paper; we rebuilt plot IDs to match the orchard map before charting.
