Refund and Cancellation Policy
Rules for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on reporting engagements with Glow Atlashub.
Eligibility
Refund requests apply to fees paid directly to Glow Atlashub Co., Ltd. for reporting work described in a written confirmation. This website does not process payments; refunds follow the invoice channel used for the engagement.
Timeframe
Request a refund or cancellation in writing to info@glow-atlashub.click within fourteen (14) days of payment for unused work, or as soon as you know you must cancel a booked session.
Full refund
A full refund of fees paid is available when we have not started intake of your harvest records and you cancel at least five (5) business days before a booked outlook session or agreed kickoff date.
Partial refund
If intake or drafting has begun, we may refund the unused portion after deducting work already performed, typically billed in half-day increments against the agreed fee. Deposits for seasonal reports are applied to work completed; unused deposit balance may be refunded at our discretion when cancellation is outside peak harvest congestion you were warned about in writing.
Non-refundable items
- Completed delivered reports and briefings
- On-site visit travel costs already incurred with your prior approval
- Third-party printing ordered at your request
Work already started
Once we have reconciled sheets or produced draft charts, those hours are payable even if you pause the project. You retain drafts already shared.
Purchased materials
If you asked us to purchase specialty paper or binding for printed packs, those material costs are non-refundable after purchase.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Outlook sessions may be rescheduled once without fee when you give at least two (2) business days’ notice. Same-day no-shows forfeit the session fee. Cooperative brief timelines that slip because member sheets arrive late are adjusted rather than refunded.
Refund process and timing
Email info@glow-atlashub.click with your invoice reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after approval.
