We used the anonymized member appendix at our January meeting. Two members asked for corrections on their own sheets before we finalized — that back-and-forth took an extra week, which I wish we had planned for, but the charts themselves kept the discussion on tonnage instead of personalities.
The year-over-year hectare chart finally showed our packing crew why the late-season grade drop mattered more than the raw weight. We still fill our own daily sheets by hand; Glow Atlashub did not change that, and that is fine.
