Services described
Glow Atlashub provides agriculture yield reporting, plot comparisons, cooperative briefs, and related consulting as described on this site. Website content is informational. A separate written confirmation sets scope, fees, and delivery dates for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding remain the property of Glow Atlashub Co., Ltd. Final report files delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal business use, including meetings with buyers and members. Redistribution as a commercial template or resale of the report format requires prior written consent.
Client materials
You retain ownership of harvest sheets, maps, and other records you provide. You confirm you have the right to share those materials with us for reporting purposes.
Liability
Reports summarize figures you supply and any clarifications agreed in writing. We are not liable for decisions made by buyers, lenders, or members based on those figures, nor for losses arising from incomplete source records. Liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan(China). Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Taiwan(China).
