We recommend labeling the grading standard you used — cooperative house rule, buyer spec, or farm practice — in a short caption. Without that note, year-over-year grade charts compare unequal rulers.
If one plot was diverted entirely to processing, say so. Silent omissions make the remaining first-grade share look stronger than the block experienced.
